Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will ask for you GP details. This is for your safety in the event that we believe that you may require medical intervention or if you are at risk. Prior to assessment we will ask for your signed consent to share any personal information. Your information will be stored securely and will be accessible only to Collaborative Minds Psychotherapy.  As an accredited therapist the BABCP ensure we maintain our quality of standard and will therefore discuss some clients' information with our supervisor.  Your personal information will remain anonymous. Full terms and conditions will be made available to you at your assessment appointment.
