I offer an initial one off free 15 minute no obligation discovery call to answer any questions you may have about therapy.

Assessment is generally carried out over one chargeable 50 minute sessions. This is to gather and collate all the relevant information to help develop a formulation and design a plan for your treatment. We can then estimate how many further sessions will be required for treatment based on your goals. 

Sessions last 50 minutes and can be weekly or fortnightly, depending what works best for you. 

Payment is required in advance of each session. Missed sessions will be charged at the full rate of £85 per session. Cancellations will be charged at full price if less than 48 hours notice is given. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal. 

Rates are charged with administration costs included. This includes any materials that are provided to you to aid your recovery.
